MC Melodee is ruim 10 jaar actief in de muziekbusiness. Naast schrijver en performer is ze frontvrouw van liveband La Melodia waarmee ze warme, soulvolle maar tevens rauwe hiphopmuziek van Hollandse bodem brengt. Met La Melodia heeft ze menig podia gerocked in Europa, Japan, NYC, Indonesie en natuurlijk in eigen land. Daarnaast heeft zij haar eigen radioshow Future Vintage op Radio 6 (NPS) en is ze vaak te vinden in het clubcircuit als MC en host van feestavonden en festivals. Vanaf september 2009 begeleidt ze ook een Peer Educaterstraject gericht op workshopdocenten en gaat ze aan de slag met het opzetten van een eigen productie bedrijfje. In 2004 is ze immers afgestudeerd in Organisatiewetenschappen. Dit sluit goed aan bij haar zelfstandige ondernemende kant, hetgeen haar zeer interesseert buiten het artiest zijn om.

MC Melodee has been active in the music scene for over a decade. She is a writer and performer and the MC of hiphop duo La Melodia with which she brings warm soulfull raw hiphop music to The Netherlands. With La Melodia she rocked many clubs in Europa, Japan, NYC, Indonesia and of course The Netherlands. Besides that she has her own radioshow called Future Vintage (podcasts available) and she can often be found MC-ing and hosting at clubnights and festivals. Since September 2009 she’s a coach for a Peer Educaterstraject and has been starting up her own production company. After all she did graduate Organisational Sciences in 2004. A study that really matches well with her entrepeneur skillz.
